Spring is here, and with it the best and worst of Winter and Summer! As I write this it is a spectacular day in Gisborne – better keep this short and enjoy the sunshine!

From receiving emails the last couple of weeks and reading the last newsletter it looks like a fantastic rally was had in Dargaville this year! (made me a bit jealous! first one I have missed in about 5 years) A massive thanks to Jo and her helpers for organising. Looking forward to the team at Hastings having us next year.

Another Rally done! Firstly, a huge THANKS has to go out to Jo and all her Dargaville team for putting on a fantastic weekend! It was great to see so many people made the effort to come North.

While it is raining here in Gisborne and is so cold it feels like it should be snowing, I know the upper North Island is basking in sunshine. I hope that all of you are having a fantastic time at the Rally (which I’m sure you are!)

End of March has come too quickly, which has meant I have left my job and Bayflight, packed up all my stuff, moved to Gisborne and started with Eagle Airways this week. I had been advised it was like trying to drink water from a fire hose… and those who said that were so right!

Queens birthday weekend is fast approaching, I hope you are all getting your accommodation and travel sorted. Here is the flyer Jo has made up for this years Rally. Bring on Dargaville!

Welcome to Summer! At least I hope it has been in the parts of the country where most of you live… Currently I am studying on a blue sky day wishing I was flying. For the next newsletter I would love to hear what some of you have been up to with your summer days.
